Privacy Policy — waitlist form

What we collect

We collect your first name, email, current role, primary stack, your selected goal and your free-text description of what is blocking you — all of them provided by you in the waitlist form.

We also record the fact, time and page language of your consent, because we are legally required to be able to demonstrate it.

Your IP address is used solely to rate-limit form submissions; it is stored separately, expires automatically, and is never linked to your waitlist entry.

We do not collect CVs, profile links, code, payment details, or advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party trackers.

Why, and on what basis

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the checkbox. The purpose is single: to contact you when W42 is ready and to prepare a first session relevant to your goal.

We do not use this data for advertising and do not build profiles for third parties.

Who we share it with

Nobody. Your data stays in our own infrastructure. We do not sell or share it, except where required by law.

The free-text field is not sent to any language model at this stage; if that changes we will update this document and ask for your consent again.

How long we keep it

Until early access launches and for 24 months afterwards, or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first. Rate-limit records expire within minutes.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and you may withdraw consent, by writing to {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}. Withdrawing consent removes your entry from the waitlist. We reply within 30 days.

Controller and changes
